After the player has decided on which cards she would like to keep, the player will then press ‘draw’, which will mean that any fresh cards will be needed they will be handed out. The game is now finished, with the Electronic Poker machine scanning the hand to see if it is the same as any of the winning hands shown on the pay out schedule.

A list of common winning hands starts with jacks or better, moving on to 2 pairs, three of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and finally royal flushes. It is obvious that the payout schedule can change from game to game, so that knowledgeable enthusiasts are able to select the most profitable game each and every time.
Once the initial round has finished, the player can either choose to remain on and try to to increase their earnings, or they can press the ‘collect’ button to cash out any money that they may have won. Additionally, a few versions of the game give the bettor a chance to double their wins, in which situation another game is played. There are also variations among specific games, with some virtual decks including wild cards and other varying elements to increase playability.
