How to Play Video Poker
Video Poker is a popular game that usually will be bet on in casinos around the world, or in your house on your computer, using a web connection. The game rules are absolutely simple and consist of the player attempting to achieve the highest mixture of cards as you can in order to win cash. In this respect it is much the same as a regular game of poker, apart from the involvement with competing players. After the enthusiast has chosen which cards he wishes to keep, the player will then press ‘draw’, which will mean that any new cards are needed they will be given out. The round is now finished, with the Electronic Poker machine scanning the hand to see if it is the same as any of the winning hands printed on the pay out schedule.

A common list of winning hands begins with jacks or better, moving on to two pairs, 3 of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, four of a kinds, straight flushes and last but not least royal flushes. It should be known that the pay out schedule can range from machine to machine, so that discerning bettors are able to choose the most profitable game each and every instance.
Once the initial round has finished, the player can either decide to stay on in an attempt to increase their earnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to retrieve any credits that they may have won. Additionally, some styles of the game allow the bettor an opportunity to double their winnings, in which situation a further hand is played. There are also differences among specific machines, with some decks of cards including wild cards and other differing elements to enhance playability.
